TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PIXEL FORGE owns all rights to all Imagery and Data, until all fees have been paid and furthermore, PIXEL FORGE own the rights to withhold the use of all Imagery and Data until fully paid.

2. All working files are the property of PIXEL FORGE and will not be released unless otherwise stated in the quote.

3. Payment terms are within 30 days from submission of any invoice; delay in payment may incur additional charge.

4. An advance fee of 50% of the project value is required for projects exceeding £20k in value.

5. PIXEL FORGE shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability to the Client or any third party for any delay in Payment.

6. PIXEL FORGE shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability to the Client or any third party for any delay in delivery or any non-receipt of any work delivered electronically.

7. PIXEL FORGE shall retain ownership and possession of, and all rights (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to, any original character design, ideas or concepts presented or created by PIXEL FORGE in relation to the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by PIXEL FORGE. Where the Client requires a licence to use any such original character design, ideas or concepts, for whatever purpose, the terms of such license shall be agreed by PIXEL FORGE in writing pursuant to a Quote and/or any subsequent Contract for Services.

8. PIXEL FORGE may publicise, advertise and market the Works on its websites, social media sites and blogs, in connection with any appropriate industry awards, or in any other manner once the data has been reproduced and released to the markets.
